1. All members were present. The pledge of allegiance was recited.

2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the July 5, 2022 regular and drainage authority meetings.

3. Approved the agenda of July 5, 2022.

4. No one appeared during public comment.

5. Adopted Resolution 22-CB-48 implementing the Shell Rock River & Winnebago-Wapsipinicon comprehensive watershed management plan. All voted yes.

6. Approved the hiring of Bryce Werner as Maintenance Man II – Sign Man in Public Works.

7. Approved payment of the 2022 Fair Board (Ag Society) allocation in the amount of $10,000.00.

8. Approved contract with Institute for Environmental Assessment, Inc. in the amount of $34,200 for commissioning of the courthouse HVAC project systems.

9. Approved a time-and-materials contract with Institute for Environmental Assessment, Inc. for asbestos abatement construction management during the courthouse HVAC project.

10. Approved a $200 per month lease with Bevcomm for use of a fiber optic strand between the courthouse and Law Enforcement Center.

11. Adopted Resolution 22-CB-49 subdividing a tax forfeited parcel in Foster Township. All voted yes.

12. Adopted Resolution 22-CB-50 classifying and setting the opening bid price of forfeited parcels. Anderson and Roper voted no.

13. Directed the county auditor to request permission to sell tax forfeited parcel in Foster Township.

14. Approved construction storage lease agreement at the Ag Center.

15. Approved training requests from V. Do to attend Initial RADAR for Allied Agencies and Initial LIDAR for Allied Agencies courses in Mendota Heights; and T. Hanevik to attend a 40th Annual Jail Administrators Conference in Brainerd.

16. Approved payment of the following bills: Auditor warrants totaling $12,521,668.41, ACH-EFT payments totaling $10,075,455.07, and audit/auxiliary totaling $514,808.88.

1. N. Carr met regarding Soil & Water business.

2. M. Daly met regarding Public Works business.
