NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT FOR DEED

YOU ARE NOTIFIED:

1. Default has occurred in the Contract for Deed (“Contract”) dated November 18, 2019, and recorded on November 25, 2019, as Document Number 382388, in the Office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota, in which Michael E. Keech, a single person, as seller, sold to Paul Diaz, a single person as purchaser, the real property in Faribault County, Minnesota, described as follows:

A tract of land commencing at a point 50 feet North and 390 feet West of the center of Section 34, Township 104, Range 28, running thence North 150 feet, thence West 250 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence East 250 feet to point of beginning, except therefrom the East 120 feet thereof. CITY OF ELMORE

REQUEST FOR

DEMOLITION PROPOSALS

The City of Elmore is seeking cost proposals for the demolition of the following residential properties in Elmore: 313 E. Jay Street, and 138 N. Hwy 169. Asbestos inspection report has been completed and is available upon request. Proposal is to include the cost of any asbestos removal needed in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. The site is to be filled, leveled, and graded with clean fill material following demolition. Demo contractor and abatement contractor license and insurance certificate must be presented along with the proposal. A site review is required. Deadline for project completion is April 1, 2023. Proposals will be accepted thru 5 p.m. on November 9th, 2022 at City Hall, 202 S. Hwy 169, Elmore, MN 56027. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
