4. Approved Resolution 22-CB-93 approving the repurchase of Parcel # 30.200.7170 by the prior owner. All voted yes.
5. Approved low bid from Ulland Brothers in the amount of $9,638,642.57 for the 2023 Overlays project.
6. Adopted Resolution 22-RB14-94 for an updated Delegated Contract Process with MnDOT. All voted yes.
7. Approved utilizing a consultant for recruitment services to assist in filling the vacant assistant county engineer or staff engineer positions at a cost of $8,000.
8. Approved the engineer to bid up to $30,000 total for three used pup trailers on MnBid.

25. Approved the training request from B. Gehrking to attend a 2023 Canine Police Detector Trial in Plymouth.
26. Approved payment of the following bills: Auditor warrants totaling $2,098,534.14, ACH-EFT payments totaling $1,945,625.87, and audit/auxiliary totaling $234,992.90.
27. The Truth in Taxation hearing was called to order at 6:00 p.m., no one appeared during public comment.
28. Adopted Resolution 22-CB-96 certifying the 2023 county levy and budget. All voted yes.
Discussion was held concerning the following:
