The City of Winnebago will hold a public hearing to accept comments on the proposed pre-treatment improvements at the waste water treatment plant with an amendment to the Facility Plan. The Facility Plan addresses capital improvements being considered, such as collection system rehabilitation, structures, services, and utilities, which are necessary to maintain essential infrastructure.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing and provide comments. You may submit written comments, which must be received no later than March 14th, 2023.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on March 28, 2023, at 10:30 AM, a hearing will be held, via Zoom, in this Court at 415 N. Main Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, July 7, 2022, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Shanna Meyer, whose address is 326 1st Avenue NW, Winnebago, MN 56098 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Blue Earth shall accompany each bid.

OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
