YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the mortgage dated April 17, 2002, executed by Jenny M. Tucker (Berry), a married person, as Mortgagor(s), to Valley Bank, a Minnesota banking corporation, as Mortgagee(s), and filed for record April 24, 2002, in the Office of the County Recorders, Faribault County, Minnesota (the “Recorder”) as document number 316520, as amended by that certain Note and Mortgage Modification Agreement dated July 1, 2005, recorded on August 3, 2005 with the Recorder as document number 332928, as amended by that certain Note and Mortgage Modification and/or Extension Agreement dated May 28, 2009, recorded on May 29, 2009 with the Recorder as document number 348029, as extended pursuant to that certain Extension of Mortgage dated January 7, 2015, recorded February 2, 2015 with the Recorder

2. The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: That Assignment of Mortgage dated August 15, 2014, recorded September 15, 2014 with the Recorder as document number 366276.
3. The maximum principal amount secured by the Mortgage
was: $43,339.29.
4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.
5. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Faribault County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the drainage authority for Judicial Ditch #13 and County Ditches #13, 22, 35, and 39 will hold a final hearing on the division of Judicial Ditch #13 and consolidation and redetermination of benefits and damages of Judicial Ditch #13 and County Ditches #13, 22, 35, and 39. Judicial Ditch #13 is proposed to be divided into 4 systems and consolidating County Ditches #13, 22, 35, and 39 into the divided portions of Judicial Ditch #13 for efficient administration of the systems and fair and equitable outlet benefits. The Viewers’ Reports were filed with the drainage authority on May 30th, 2023, and are available for inspection at the Faribault County Auditor’s Office, 415 North Main Street, Blue Earth, MN. The City of Blue Earth is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of existing noncompliant bleachers and the construction of new bleachers, which meet all necessary building codes and state requirements. The City expects to select a contractor by July 17th, 2023. Proposals must be submitted to Public Works Director Jamie Holland at City Hall by Thursday, July 13th at 4:00 pm.
