American Iron and Steel

Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A – Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. CITY OF ELMORE

PUBLIC NOTICE

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Elmore City Council read ORDINANCE NO. 12.11.23.1 for the second time at the Public Hearing, Monday, January 8, 2024. The council voted to abolish the Elmore Municipal Liquor Store with the last day of sales, Thursday, February 15, 2024. The space will be open to lease submissions due by February 5, 2024. The new City Hall at 201 E Willis St, Elmore, MN 56027, is set to open Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

CITY OF ELMORE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25 TO ABOLISH THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR DISPENSARY AND TO ALLOW RETAIL SALES OF LIQUOR WITHIN THE CITY

The City Council of the City of Elmore does ordain as follows:

SECTION I.

The City Council has determined that it is time to abolish the Municipal Liquor Dispensary, as the City no longer believes operation thereof is in the best interests of the City.

SECTION II.

Ordinance No. 25 is hereby revoked and the Municipal Liquor Dispensary is hereby abolished.

SECTION III.

The City Council of the City of Elmore hereby authorizes 2 licenses for retail off-sale of Liquor within the City.

SECTION IV.

This Ordinance shall not be effective until thirty (30) days after its passage and publication.
