The purpose of the hearing is to review the engineer’s report to the drainage authority pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.555 showing that the contract to construct the County Ditch #24 Open Ditch and Waterway Repair is complete. The hearing can be attended virtually if desired via phone or computer, contact the Faribault County Drainage Department at 507-526-2388 for information. 13. Approved the Memorandum of Agreements between Faribault County and the AFSCME, IUOE, LELS, and MNPEA bargaining units to finalize the Class and Comp wage study implementation.

14. Approved the proposal from CPS for AS400 cloud hosting services at a one-time cost of $5,695 for installation and configuration, and a monthly hosting fee including i-Guard Plus of $1,228.75.

15. Approved the request for a county-issued cell phone for Amanda Shoff.

16. Approved the hire of Kayla Brummond as the central services assistant.

17. Approved a relocation reimbursement plan of up to $5,000 of qualifying expenses to attract a new county engineer.
