5. Approved the hire of Kari Jacobson as the Faribault County Auditor/Treasurer.
6. Approved the purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 from Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny Iowa for the quoted price of $57,362.60 plus fees.
7. Approved Resolution 24-RB02-31 for the 2025 snowmobile maintenance and grooming grants. All voted yes.
8. Approved training requests from N. Bleess and K. Amundson to attend Dispatch Priming in Prior Lake, and K. Amundson to attend Active Threats Incidents in Bloomington.
9. Approved payment of the following bills: Auditor warrants totaling $1,041,869.38, ACH-EFT payments totaling $815,589.99; and audit/auxiliary totaling $124,790.48.
Discussion was held concerning the following:
1. H. Schutt, N. Krienke, and B. Bushlack met regarding a proposal for Hoopla Digital Service for library card holders.
2. Human Resources Director A. Shoff met regarding office business.
3. S. Adams met regarding Sheriff’s Office business.
