On a Proposed Tax Abatement Application
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Blue Earth, Minnesota (the “City”), will hold a public hearing at 5:05 p.m. on August 19, 2024, at the Blue Earth City Hall, 125 West 6th St, in the City of Blue Earth, Minnesota (the “City”), on the application of a proposed 100% tax abatement for five (5) years, for a residential new construction project for the property located at Parcel Identification Number 213100270, pursuant to sections 469.1812 to 469.1815.
