6. Approved Resolution 24-RB07-53 the 2024 CIPP project final resolution. All voted yes.

7. Approved Resolution 24-RB08-54 the final resolution for the 2024 Box Culvert project. All voted yes.

8. Approved the Road Use Agreement with Xcel Energy.
