FINAL HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Faribault County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the drainage authority for County Ditch #26 will hold a final hearing on the division of County Ditch #26 and redetermination of benefits of County Ditch #26. County Ditch #26 is proposed to be divided into 2 systems for efficient administration of the systems and fair and equitable outlet benefits. The Viewers’ Report was filed with the drainage authority on November 27th, 2024, and is available for inspection at the Faribault County Auditor’s Office, 415 North Main Street, Blue Earth, MN. The hearing shall be held at 11:30 a.m. on January 10th, 2025, at the Ag Center Conference Room located at 415 South Grove Street, Blue Earth, MN. The hearing can be attended virtually via phone or computer. Contact the Faribault County Drainage Department at 507-526-2388 for more information on virtual attendance.
