The Blue Earth Area Buccaneer volleyball team got the No. 2 seed in the West Sub-Section of the Class AA Section 2 volleyball tournament.

The Bucs will host the No. 7 seed St. Peter Saints on Oct. 23 at 7 p.m.

If they win they will play again on Oct. 28 at 7:45 p.m. at Mankato East. They will face the winner of the Maple River (3) vs. Glencoe-Silver Lake (6) first round game.

Sub-Section finals will be held on Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter. The Blue Earth Area Buccaneer football team got the No. 6 seed and will play the No. 3 seed, Jordan, at Jordan on Tuesday night, Oct. 21. The game will be at 7 p.m.

If they win, the next game will be Saturday, Oct. 25.
