The Blue Earth Area Buccaneer boys basketball team will take on the Mustangs from Granada-Huntley-East Chain on Monday night in the Blue Earth Area Holiday Tournament.

The game will be at 7:45 p.m. The first game pits Jackson County Central against USC at 6 p.m.

If the Bucs win they will play at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday against the winner of the first game on Monday. If they lose Monday, they’ll face the first game loser at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Buccaneer girls team will travel to St. Clair where they will face the USC Rebels, also at 7:45 p.m. They will play on Tuesday at 7:45 if they lose on Monday, or at 8:15 if they win. Their opponent on Tuesday will be either NRHEG or Nicollet.

Play will continue on Wednesday with games for championship, consolation, fifth place and seventh place.
