Four BEA girls named All-SCC players
Four Blue Earth Area girls tennis players were South Central Conference All-conference players this season.
Karleigh Wolff, Natali Fellows, Karli Olsen and Paige Darrington all made the list.
This season, the SCC Conference Tournament, scheduled for Sept. 28 in New Ulm, was cancelled due to bad weather.
However, all-conference selections were made by a point system. Players received certain points for the position they played on the team and for conference matches won.
The top 19-point total players were named to the All-SCC list.
Wolff, who played at the No. 1 singles position for the Bucs, was in third place on the all-conference list with 34 points.
Maddie Muotka of Waseca was first with 40 points and Lorena Hernandez was second with 37 points.
BEA’s No. 1 doubles team duo of Natali Fellows and Karli Olsen tied for 14th place on the list with Anna Hoehn of Waseca with 24 points each.
In a three-way tie for 17th place was the Bucs Paige Darrington with 22 points. Darrington played at No. 2 doubles for BEA.
