Fellows 88 was tied for the second best round of the day.

Jordan’s Trianna Thing fired an 84 with an impressive 38 on the back nine.

St. James 226, BEA 247

The Blue Earth Area girls golf squad fell short in a match versus St. James, 226-247, last Monday.

Natali Fellows earned medalist honors, shooting a 49.

“Overall, our scores were a little high for this meet,” coach Carol Weerts says. “But, there were high winds, which made some holes very long.”

Malarie Scholtes shot a 63; Signe Olson contributed a 66 and Olivia Stewart shot a 69.

“I am really happy with the way Olivia was able to bounce back and bring down her score on a tougher course,” Weerts adds.
