These gymnasts from the Blue Earth Gymnastics Center went to state competition on March 3 and earned a fifth place finish as well as individual awards.

The Blue Earth Gymnastics Centers Competition Team went to state on March 3 in Faribault and did not come home empty handed.

The team, as a whole, earned fifth place in the competition, while Addison Armstrong earned fifth place individually in vault and third place in all-around.

Head coach Sandy Oswald said the girls did an incredible job competing and held a great attitude throughout the competition.

It is unknown whether or not Armstrong will be moving forward in the state competition.
