The Gopher Conference girls golf meet was held in Hayfield on Thursday, April 29.

The United South Central Rebels girls team took second with a team score of 242. In first place was Blooming Prairie with a score of 219.

Hayfield was in third with a score of 272. Faribault Bethlehem Academy, Maple River and New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva all had incomplete team scores.

Jessica Ressler of Blooming Prairie had low score and medalist honors with a 47. In second place was Halle Strunk of Blooming Prairie with a 51. In third was Emma Hegen of USC who shot a 52. Carly Bronson of Hayfield came in with a 55 for fourth place and Ashley Rost of Bethlehem Academy was fifth with a 58.
