The 10u Jr. Pirates had a very successful season of baseball this summer. Coaches Matt Schonrock and Lee Hodges guided the 13 players on the roster to a record of 26-8 in the seven tournaments they participated in.

The 10u Jr. Pirates were champions of the 10A Mankato Classic and the Burnsville Invitational. The team placed second at their own invitational and third at the Fairmont Invitational.

The team qualified for three State Tournaments. They placed second out of 40 teams at the 10A MYAS Gopher State Tournament of Champions and were also the runners-up at the Minnesota Baseball Tournament’s State Championship, which had a field of 32 teams.

The Jr. Pirates made it to the Sweet 16 of the 10AA Minnesota Sports Federation Tournament which was comprised of 25 teams.

The roster included 13 players throughout the year including Ben Roper, Karter Schonrock, Drake Ertman, Mason Schonrock, Clark Lundquist, Jayden Shields, Paxton Hodges, Alec Veriede, Garrett Hauskins, Will Jones, Brantley Butler, Nolan Eitzmann and Jake Ryan Engelby.
