DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Frost City Council at 7:00 PM., or soon thereafter, on March 9th at the Frost City Hall, 110 Main Street.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide information and receive citizens’ comments regarding the submission of an application to the Department of Employment and Economic Development, Small Cities Development Grant Program for rehabilitation activities within the City of Frost. Grant dollars will be utilized for watermain improvements on First Street from County Road 17 to Main Street and Main Street from First Street to Fourth Street as well as a two-block corridor adjacent to the above-mentioned area.

All interested citizens are encouraged to attend the public hearing to examine the application and provide comments.
