It is Ordered and Notice is given that on May 26, 2026, at 10:30 am, a hearing will be held in this Court at 415 North Main Street, Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, April 23, 1996, and codicils to the will, dated April 13, 2021, (“Will”), andfor the appointment of Judy A. Multiple Petitions for Determination of Descent have been filed with this Court. The Petitions represent that each of the Decedents died more than three years ago and that the Decedents died leaving property in Minnesota. The Petitions request the probate of each of Decedents’ last Will, if any, and the descent of such property be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property in a consolidated proceeding.
IT IS ORDERED that the proceedings are consolidated into a single proceeding. Any objections to the Petitions must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Petitions may be granted.

APRIL 21, 2026
1. All members present. The pledge of allegiance was recited.
2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the April 7, 2026 regular and drainage meetings.
3. Approved updated agenda of April 21, 2026 with the removal of item #8 for the Faribault County Historical Society and the addition of the hire of Michael McQuade in its place, as well as modification to item #9 to have Brian Hov present in place of Chuck Schrader.
4. Approved Resolution 26-18 for Grant Contract Agreement Snowmobile Grant-In-Aid Program FY 2027 Maintenance and Grooming Grants. All voted yes.
5. Approved the hire Michael McQuade as the Central Services/Human Resources Manager.
6. Approved $5,000 relocation stipend for Michael McQuade.
7. Approved increase to the County’s asset capitalization threshold from $5,000 to $10,000 effective January 1, 2027.
8. Approved training request from K. Bendickson for MN Association of Assessing Officers Summer Seminar at Holiday Inn in St. Cloud, MN.
9. Approved payment of auditor warrants totaling $1,115,740.46, ACH-EFT warrants totaling $1,374,961.21, and the Audit/Auxiliary list totaling $402,811.10.
10. Approved precious metals license for Winnebago Coins LLC. of Winnebago, MN.
Discussion was held concerning the following:
1. No public comment was received.
2. D. Wick met regarding Public Works business.
3. A. Aukes met to deliver presentation on Midwest IT.
4. B. Hov met in place of C. Schrader regarding A-T business.

The meeting was adjourned for April 2026.
