Martin County – East Chain Township – Sections 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28 and 29.

Faribault County – Pilot Grove Township – Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29 and 30

The proposed project includes upsizing and deepening Branch A40 and its petitioned improvement branches. The project includes installing approximately 10,500 linear feet of tile ranging from 24- to 8-inch tile generally following the existing tile alignments. The proposed tiles are improved to achieve the recommended 0.50 in/day drainage coefficient.

2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the February 1, 2022 regular and drainage meetings.

3. No one appeared during public comment.

4. Accepted the Safe & Secure Courthouse Initiative Grant amount of $3,159.41; and approved the purchase of 2 new wand, and 2 new walkthrough metal detectors from Garrett Metal Detectors for a total price of $6,318.82.

5. Adopted Resolution 22-CB-17 directing the County Auditor to apply for the $12,024 HAVA (Help America Vote Act) grant for upgraded election software. All voted yes.

6. Accepted the low bid of $1,647,171.80 from Midwest Contracting for bridges in 2022.

7. Accepted the low bid of $7,897,447.96 from Ulland Brothers for overlays in 2022.

8. Adopted Resolution 22-RB01-18 for a grant agreement with MnDOT in the amount of $497,134.50 for bridge replacement on CSAH 13. All voted yes.

9. Adopted Resolution 22-RB02-19 for bridge replacement from 2023-2027. All voted yes.

10. Approved training requests from D. Anderson and M. Lore to attend a 2-day Mn Association of Drainage Inspectors annual meeting and conference in Willmar.

11. Approved payment of the following bills: Auditor warrants totaling $954,682.32, ACH-EFT payments totaling $1,080,345.36; and audit/auxiliary totaling $403.569.20.
