NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage, dated the 24th day of May, 2016, executed by Cynthia R. AUGUST 19, 2025

1. Commissioners Anderson, Groskreutz, Young, and Loveall present. Commissioner Paschke was absent. The pledge of allegiance was recited.

2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the August 5, 2025 regular and drainage meetings.

3. Approved agenda of August 19, 2025, with the addition of a new hire approval.

4. No public comment was received.

5. Approved approve the low bid for 2026 Fuel Supply in the amount of $235,210 from Freeborn County Coop Oil.

6. Approved Resolution 25-CB-31 for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to acquire tax forfeited property in Foster Twp to add to the Walnut Lake WMA. All voted yes.

7. Approved sending out second half tax statements at an estimated cost of $1,050.

8. Approved the new auditor warrant policy as presented.

9. Approved the training requests from K. Smith to attend an online Telecommunicator Certification, V. Do to attend an online Emergency Medical Responder Recertification; C. Schrader, D. Boeckman, and N. Lane to attend a 2025 Auditor/Treasurer Course in Mankato; and E. Skaden to attend the Mn CVSO Assistant Association Conference in Duluth.

10. Approved payment of the following bills: Auditor warrants totaling $4,390,298.44; ACH-EFT payments totaling $2,506,597.84; and audit/auxiliary totaling $803,285.46.

Discussion was held concerning the following:

1. A. Wellman met regarding Public Works business.

2. CSAH 12 bridge repair.

3. D. Boeckman with DNR representatives J. Stangel and B. Johnson met regarding property acquisition.

4. A. Shoff met regarding Human Resources business.

6. An update on the 2026 budget was presented.
